If you are new to our Helpdesk, you can create a ticket even without a log-in and password. Use the button at the top right corner of our website or go to qubeintegration.freshdesk.com, click ‘Submit a ticket’ and enter your information to create a new Helpdesk ticket.
Fill in the sections and press ‘submit’ at the bottom. This will send us your information and someone from our team will be in contact to assist you.
If you have a Qube Care maintenance contract with us and you already have a log-in, you will also be able to access your current and previous tickets and view the status and updates when you log in to the portal.
If you do not have a Qube Care maintenance contract, and would like to talk to our team about setting this up, please reach out using our ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.
